About

The purpose of the Microbiology Club is to provide a forum for a discussion of microbiology by students, faculty, and anyone else interested in microbiology at Auburn University. The Club is dedicated to increasing interactions between undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty by promoting undergraduate research and through events like microbiology trivia, movie night, field trips (i.e. to the CDC, Georgia Aquarium, or Montgomery Zoo), and educational outreach. The Club hosts various events and speakers throughout the year to introduce students and faculty to the forefront of research in microbiology. The Club strives to promote microbiology across Auburn's campus and student body to increase awareness of one of the most important fields in science.
